What format and quality are the files?
Hi-quality WAV — 24-bit / 48 kHz, broadcast-ready, in a single ZIP. Many SFX include 3–4 variations so you can pick the right take without editing.
How do I get my files after paying?
Instantly — a one-click download appears on the thank-you page and a copy is emailed to you. The link stays active for 24 hours; if you need it again after that, email support@bysfx.com and we'll re-issue it.
I got a Content ID claim on the music. What now?
A few of our music tracks are registered with Content ID, so a claim can appear on videos that use them. The important part: a claim is never a strike or a block — your video stays up and your channel is never penalized. As a licensed buyer you're fully cleared to use the audio — and if a claim ever appears, just send us your order number and your video or channel link and we'll step in so your video is never blocked or struck, usually within 24–48h. Sound effects and logo stings are clean and never trigger claims.
Is it royalty-free — can I use it commercially and on YouTube?
Yes. Pay once, keep it forever — use any purchased sound in unlimited personal or commercial projects worldwide: YouTube, Shorts, TikTok, films, ads, games, client work. No attribution required on paid purchases. The only thing you can't do is resell or redistribute the raw files.
Can I get a refund?
Because files download instantly, refunds are limited — but if anything is missing, corrupted, or not as previewed, email support@bysfx.com with your order number within 7 days and we'll make it right.
